Acceptance of terms

By using the TUI Airways ROBLOX Academy Portal, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Data Collection policy. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use a signed-in area of the portal.

Virtual recreation only

TUI Airways ROBLOX is an unofficial virtual airline recreation. Applications, roles, interviews, Academy training, flights and crew activities relate only to the virtual community. They are not real employment, qualifications, travel bookings or aviation services, and do not create an employment or agency relationship.

Eligibility and access

Applicants must confirm that they are over 13 and provide the information required by the application. Candidate access may be provided through a TOM code, and staff access may depend on Discord authentication, account identifiers and authorised Discord roles.

Access is personal to you. Do not share TOM codes, sessions or staff credentials, attempt to view another candidate's information, or bypass role and maintenance restrictions.

Applications and recruitment decisions

• Application information must be accurate and submitted in good faith.
• Browser-saved drafts are not applications until they are submitted.
• You may review answers before submission and withdraw an active application afterward.
• Withdrawal stops progression but does not automatically delete the recruitment record.
• Recruitment may assess, score, pass, reject or archive applications.
• Displaying a stage, score, invitation or estimated intake does not guarantee progression or a place.

Recruitment and training decisions are made for the operation of the virtual community and may be changed where information is incorrect, requirements change or community rules are not followed.

Academy and training

Successful candidates may receive access to department information and training sessions. Published dates, capacity, instructors, bases and expected intakes may change. Booking a session does not remove the obligation to follow instructor directions, attendance requirements and community rules. STO modules currently use a 70% pass mark, three quiz attempts, a five-minute active timer and a one-hour cooldown after an unsuccessful attempt. Published quiz settings and authorised staff adjustments apply. Warnings, suspensions or other disciplinary action may affect portal access and progression; contact Support to query an action.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, abusive, unlawful or deliberately misleading content.
• Harass candidates, crew, instructors, recruitment staff or administrators.
• Interfere with the portal, exploit errors, automate abusive requests or attempt unauthorised access.
• Publish another person's application, contact details, marks or credentials.
• Misrepresent this portal as an official TUI Group or real-airline service.
• Use portal content or access for purposes unrelated to the virtual community.

Staff responsibilities

Staff must only use application, candidate and training information for authorised recruitment, instruction and administration. Staff must keep candidate information private, use marking and status controls responsibly, and avoid sharing TOM credentials except with the relevant candidate where operationally required.

Suspension and removal

Access, applications, bookings or virtual roles may be suspended, withdrawn or removed where these terms or community rules are breached, access is no longer required, security is at risk, or the portal is being maintained. Where practical, mistakes can be raised with management through official Discord channels.

Intellectual property

Real-world trademarks, service marks and brand names belong to their respective owners. Portal software and original community content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Your application answers remain your content, but you permit the recruitment team to review and retain them for the purposes described in the Privacy & Data Collection policy.

Availability and warranties

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, schedules, records and access may be changed, interrupted or placed into maintenance. We do not promise that the portal will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TUI Airways ROBLOX and its volunteer operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this free virtual-community portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated when portal features or community processes change. The current version and update date will be shown here. Questions can be raised with management through official TUI Airways ROBLOX Discord channels.
