Application requirements.

• Be at least 13 years old, meet Discord’s terms, and be 13+ verified on Roblox for in-game communication.
• Have unrestricted access to Roblox and Discord and join the TUI Airways Roblox community Discord server.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English, using clear spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Have a PC or laptop capable of running our games and systems, and a working microphone with clear audio.
• Be able to attend at least two flights per week and participate in the two-week training course.
• Follow staff policies, training procedures and the chain of command.
• Not currently hold a staff position with another TUI Airways group.

Give your application its best start.

1. Answer every question directly, with accurate details and complete responses.
2. Follow the sentence requirements shown on each question. Where three or more sentences are requested, provide at least three.
3. Prioritise relevant detail and quality over length. Explain your reasoning and give examples where useful.
4. Experience is not required. If you mention previous experience, explain what you did and what you learned.
5. Write your own answers. Do not use artificial intelligence to generate your application responses.
6. Check your spelling, punctuation and grammar, and review your multiple-choice and maths answers before submitting.
